Product Overview

Stack of native copper crystals exhibiting both cubic and tetrahexahedron faces. This is a classic copper from this location both in terms of overall appearance and morphology. I collected the specimen in 1985 from the poor rock piles by digging deep down and exposing fresh material that had no been picked over. The copper was in a calcite seam which I dissolved in very dilute muriatic. Ross C. Lillie Collection. Miniature 1 x 2.8 x 3 cm.
