Product Overview
Vitreous, smoky quartz in combination with purple cubic fluorite. These were collected periodically from a roadcut along Highway 17 after a vein of fluorite was found during road widening. The specimens are typically flat plates since they were adhered tightly to the walls and there was not much room to work with. Some damage to a few quartzes. Collected c. 1963. Malkin collection. 1.5 x 4 x 6 cm.
