Product Overview
Grapey purple fluorite richly scattered over a mound of lustrous deep brown sphalerite. There is an earlier phase fluorite, glassy yellow contemporaneous with sphalerite. Specimens of this nature typified the richest sections of the orebody. Roy Smith Collection #M1584. In great condition. Mr. Smith indicates on the card "Obtained August, 1985 from Sheriff Dick Brazzell at his house in Rosiclare. The largest ZnS fan type growth I've seen from S. IL. mines."
